Project Management Quality Control

  • High level of quality and on time delivery depend on a good project management system.

    When a new project begins, our project manager will work closely with the engineering team, toolmakers and the machining floor, following the system.

    Progress of the project will be documented and updated in Weekly Progress Report to keep the customers informed.

    Every stage of the process has been monitored and controlled by QC( our in-house Quality Control Department) along with the customers.

How can you ensure the quality?

We have QC department to control the quality from the beginning of production until goods finish. Quality inspection report will be sent together with each batch goods.

What will you do for after sales?

When our metal parts apply to your products, we will follow up and await your feedback. Any question related to our metal parts, our experienced engineers are ready to help.

What’s your quality control devices in house?

We have full quality test facilities in house: 3D Measuring Instrument, 2.5D Measuring Instrument, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Electronic Hardness Tester, Height Gauge,Caliper,Pin Gauges, etc.

What is the quality of your products guarantee ?
We have passed ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certification .100% inspection before shipment by micrometer . projector measuring machine ,etc .
What if the products we received are not good?
Please contact us without hesitation,our special after-sales service will take the responsibility.
